The Scene

Located in Paris' 2nd district, La Maison Favart is mere steps away from the Opera Comique where the Favart's romance blossomed. The décor fuses modern and 18th century style and is punctuated by bright colors, rich fabrics, and theatrical designs (think two large mirror-image portraits of a well-to-do woman from the 18th century behind the bed). Elements of the opera are sprinkled throughout the hotel in details such as portraits or pictures of famous actors and productions or in dramatic design features like glittering chandeliers. Bold colors also help set the mood and tone for each uniquely-designed room and suite.

The Look

Standard rooms feature the style of the 18th century while deluxe rooms highlight that century's glamour; suites are unabashedly designed to feel like Opera sets.
